Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener assembly represented by a staple assembly having a reduced environmental load by being bonded by coating agents not containing halogen or a halogen compound as an essential component. SOLUTION: The coating agents 3a, 3b containing a stylene butadiene rubber as a main component are used for bonding a plurality of adjacent staples 2 to each other which are formed of metal staple raw materials and arranged side by side, to form the staple assembly 1. The staple assembly 1 includes a reduced environmental load by being bonded by the coating agents 3a, 3b not containing a vinyl chloride resin (a halogen-containing compound) as a component.
