Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic floor slab capable of obtaining a desired bending rigidity with a predetermined thickness (height) by fewer reinforcements, enabling the optimum design dimensions to be set easily, capable of preventing concrete cavities from being formed on the lower surface of a flange section, and enabling processing costs for cutting, boring, and painting to be reduced, and also provide a method of reinforcing the synthetic floor slab. SOLUTION: This synthetic slab 14 includes a horizontally extending flat tabular bottom steel plate 12 and a plurality of reinforcements 20 welded to the upper surface of the bottom steel plate at intervals parallel to each other. The reinforcement 20 includes a web 12 which is formed of a rectangular steel plate bent in the longitudinal direction and which extends from a leg section 12a welded to the bottom steel plate 12 vertically to the bottom steel plate and a tilted flange 14 bent from the upper end of the web at a predetermined upward angle relative to the horizontal.
