Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material having excellent weatherability and enabling the adhesiveness of a hard coating layer of an inorganic coating agent to a substrate layer to be well maintained over a long period. SOLUTION: This building material includes, in order, a first hard coating layer formed by applying an organic paint onto the surface of a substrate and the second hard coating layer formed by applying the inorganic coating agent including a 5-30% epoxy group-containing acrylic resin onto the surface of the first hard coating layer.
