RESIN FOAMED SHEET, LAMINATED RESIN SHEET HAVING THE SAME AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin foamed sheet having closed-cell properties, which is obtained by subjecting a thermoplastic polyurethane resin-based composition, which is excellent in the homogeneity of foaming and excellent in mechanical strength, to foam molding using a T die extruder, and to provide its efficient manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The resin foamed sheet having the closed-cell properties is obtained by conducting the foam molding of a resin composition at 180-230°C by a T die extruder. The resin composition comprises components of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (A), a thermoplastic resin (B) and a heat-expansible microcapsule type foaming agent (C), wherein the resin (A) is 20-99 wt.%, the resin (B) is 0-79 wt.% and the foaming agent (C) is 1-5 wt.% based on the total 100 wt.% of the components (A), (B) and (C).
