Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body rear structure capable of suppressing the nose dive of a vehicle during braking. SOLUTION: A rod 118 as a component member of a rear cushion unit 23 has an axially-formed through-hole 136 composed of a minor diameter part 133, a stepped part 134 and a major diameter part 135; a flow rate control bar 137 which generates a throttling action as its tip approaches the stepped part 134 to thereby control the flow rate of dumper oil moving from one chamber 114 to the other chamber 115 is inserted into the major diameter part 135; a support member 127 disposed on the rear end side of the flow rate control bar 137 is provided with a brake oil hydraulic chamber 138 for storing brake oil to press a rear end face 137s of the flow rate control bar 137; and a first hydraulic passage 76 is extended from the brake oil hydraulic chamber 138, and the tip of the hydraulic passage 76 is connected to a master cylinder.
