Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fulfil improvement of productivity, and stable ejection in a coating process by surely ejecting highly viscous ink in a short time in a nozzle restoring process. SOLUTION: Increasing an ejection frequency of ink droplets from a nozzle 11d as an ejection rate becomes higher by detecting the ejection rate of ink droplets 11e ejected from the nozzle 11d enables an ejection frequency corresponding to an ink viscosity (that is, a highest ejection frequency possible to eject ink following the ink viscosity) to be selected so as to become able to surly eject the highly viscous ink in a short time.
