Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high quality printed circuit board inh a low electric power consumption by eliminating the lowering of preheating temperature of a printed circuit board or the waste of electric power consumption and by providing a flux applicator, which obtains a superior applied state of VOC-free flux and is less in electronic power consumption. SOLUTION: A preheating process is provided with a preheating means having an instant lighting heater. A flux applying process is provided with: an atomizing means for flux; and an exhausting means which is for discharging atomized flux uncoated on a target workpiece and is made variable of exhaust rate per unit time.
