WATER-SOFTENING SYSTEM AND HOT WATER SUPPLYING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-softening system provided with a regeneration agent container which effectively prevents salt bridge and adjusts the concentration of regeneration liquid suitable for regeneration treatment. SOLUTION: The water-softening system 10 is composed of: a water-softening device 11 which softens water by causing water to pass through an ion-exchange resin; and a regeneration salt water supplying device 12 which produces salt water for regenerating the ion-exchange resin, wherein the regeneration salt water supplying device 12 includes: a container body 50 capable of storing salt water; a water pouring means 37 capable of pouring water to the container body 50; a salt basket 52 which is arranged in the container body 50 and stores a generation agent 113 therein; and a salt water supplying pipe 29 for supplying salt water stored in the container body 50 to the ion exchange resin, wherein the salt basket 52 is divided into a water immersion region W which allows water stored in the container body 50 to go in and out, and a dry region D located on the upper side of the water immersion region W, and an inside surface 108 of the dry region D is an inclined surface which is inclined downwards.
