IMAGING CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch an imaging means in a short time. SOLUTION: A switching part 31 switches the connection of imaging parts 13 and 14, and a CPU 36 acquires the information of the imaging parts 13 and 14 through the switching part 31 and stores it in a memory 35 when a microscope system 11 is activated. Also, an image processing part 32 executes image processing to images picked up by the imaging part 13 or 14 on the basis of the information of the imaging part 13 or 14. For instance, when switching is instructed so as to perform imaging by the imaging part 14 when imaging by the imaging part 13 is performed, the CPU 36 reads the information of the imaging part 14 from the memory 35, and changes the setting of the image processing in the image processing part 32 on the basis of the information.
