MACHINE TOOL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool system that communicates information about phenomena that occur in other machines and contents experienced not only with its own machine but also with other machines, thus sharing the information, and capable of using the shared information for its own machine. SOLUTION: The machine tool system has a plurality of machine tools 1 connected together by a communication network 20. A controller 2 of each machine tool 1 includes a monitoring means 9 for monitoring a machine tool body 2 and a storage means 10 for storing monitoring results. For the information stored, an information sharing means 11 for either or both sending the stored information and permitting access among the plurality of machine tools 1 is provided.
