Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a pipe body for renovating an existing pipe by floating on water flowing down in the existing pipe with a stable position. SOLUTION: The pipe body 1 keeps a faucet 1a at one end of a pipe body part 2 and a spigot 1b at the other end, respectively. A bow-shaped cut-off plate 4 is attachably/detachably fixed to respective front and rear end pipe bottoms of the pipe body part 2 through the medium of a jack 3, respectively. A bypass pipe 5 passing through a pair of front and rear cut-off plates 4 is arranged so as to keep the shaft center thereof in parallel with the shaft center of the pipe body 1. By so doing, flowing water coming into collision with the cut-off plate 4 is forced to flow out to the downstream side of the pipe body 1 through the bypass pipe 5, so that a flow rate of water flowing into the pipe body 1 can be suppressed as much as possible. As a result, the center of gravity of the pipe body 1 is moved downward by the water flowing through the bypass pipe 5 to carry the pipe body 1 with a stable position while securing given buoyancy.
