SOLUTION: In a structure of a cylindrical introduction part 14 for introducing the exhaust gas to an oxidization catalyst 12, points positioned on a boundary of an exfoliation layer of the exhaust gas passing through the inside are connected and an inner wall is formed so that an inside diameter is escalated from an exhaust pipe 2 to the oxidization catalyst 12.
