Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-viscosity composition which is easy-to-handle, though which contains a high-viscosity polyol that, in the case of the single, takes care about the material handling such as the transporting method and the custody place, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The low-viscosity composition contains polyol A of a high-viscosity liquid having a viscosity at 25°C of 1,200 mPa s or more and polyol B having the number of hydroxyl groups less than that of hydroxyl groups of the polyol A, with having a viscosity at 25°C of 1,000 mPa s or less; and the manufacturing method of such a low-viscosity composition as described in any of claims 1 to 5 comprises mixing polyol A of a high-viscosity liquid having a viscosity at 25°C of 1,200 mPa s or more with polyol B having the number of hydroxyl groups less than that of hydroxyl groups of the polyol A.
