SOLUTION: The (meth)acrylic-based polymer particles (a) for use in acrylic sol compositions are produced by copolymerizing a crosslinkable monomer (Mc) of from 0.001% by mole to less than 2.0% by mole, relative to the whole monomer components, and a nitrogen-containing monomer (Mb) of from 0.01% by mole or more to 10% by mole or less relative to the whole monomer components, and also other monomers.
