Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle device capable of restricting movement in a direction for causing a vehicle to derail and of preventing derailing from a track, under a dangerous circumstance in which the vehicle may derail (roll and run off) if a wheel and a wheel support part should be damaged. SOLUTION: In the vehicle device provided with a truck 2 comprising a pair of left and right elevated rails 20, 20 on which the vehicle 1 travels, a lateral excessive movement restriction material 30b is hung down from a vehicle body 10 closely to respective outer side surfaces 20b, 20b or respective inner side surfaces 20e, 20e of the pair of left and right rails 20, 20 to prevent derailing.
