Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure for a hollow member withstanding a high input load by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A notch 18 fitted with a projection seat 32 is provided on a wall part 12A opposed to a wall part 12B, and when a pushing material 12 is fastened to a mounting side body 30, the wall part 12B is abutted on a mounting surface 34A, simultaneously, the projection seat 32 is fitted to the notch 18, and the mounting surface 32A is abutted on the wall part 12A from an inner side. At fastening, the wall part 12B of the pushing material 12 is abutted on the mounting side body 30, a distal end of a bolt 20A inserted from a work hole 14 into the pushing material 12 is inserted to a mounting hole 16A to thread-engage with a bolt hole 36A bored on the mounting surface 34A. By the bolt 20A, the wall part 12B is fastened to the mounting surface 34A. Simultaneously, the projection seat 32 projected from the mounting side body 30 is fitted to the notch 18 provided on the wall part 12B of the pushing material 12.
