WATER PURIFICATION CARTRIDGE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND WATER PURIFIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purification cartridge, its manufacturing method, and a water purifier with the water purification cartridge which can obtain a stable water purification performance, are excellent in workability at assembling, can reduce manufacturing cost, and hardly generate rapid flow rate decrease and a backflow of raw water. SOLUTION: The water purification cartridge 4 has a case 13 formed with a raw water passage 27 and a purified water passage 26, and a cylindrical body 44 provided inside the case 13 with both opened ends. Molded activated carbon 56 obtained by molding activated carbon into a fixed shape with a binding material is accommodated inside the cylindrical body 44, and the whole surface of the molded activated carbon 56 is covered with a nonwoven fabric 55.
