WALL PAPER GLUING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the difference of glossiness being a slip mark from being caused on a wall paper by idling a delivery roller until a motor is completely stopped when the slip is found in the delivery of the wall paper and the motor is stopped. SOLUTION: A slip rate is determined by comparing a target parameter regulated by a time necessary for the unit distance movement of the wall paper in a state that the slip between the delivery roller and the wall paper does not occur with a practical parameter regulated by a time necessary for the unit distance movement of the wall paper which is outputted from a scale detection means and delivered by the delivery roller, the number of times of the practical parameter continuously repeated with a slip rate exceeding the fixed slip rate is measured. It is determined whether the measured number of times exceed the fixed number of times or not and when the number of the times exceed the predetermined number of times, the rotation speed of the motor is corrected.
