Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration for micro chemical plants which especially has excellent chemical resistance, high-precision spacings for passages and ease of manufacture and excellent mass productivity. SOLUTION: A method is used to manufacture a micro chemical plant 10 which has a passage or a spacing 11a for formation of a passage arranged on a substrate having excellent chemical resistance and includes a preliminary molding process of compressing a substrate resin powder with a core 21 for formation of the passage or spacing arranged within the resin powder, a baking process of baking the compressed product obtained in the preliminary molding process and a cutting process of cutting the baked product 1 obtained in the baking process into plates of a predetermined thickness.
