Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoxygenation apparatus using nitrogen, which is used for deoxygenating feedwater being raw water to be supplied to a boiler, from which neither too much nor too little deoxygenated water is supplied to the side of the boiler and the equipment cost and running cost of which are reduced. SOLUTION: A main body 30 of the deoxygenation apparatus is arranged incidentally to a boiler feedwater system 20 between a raw water tank 10 for storing raw water and the boiler. The main body 30 is used for receiving the raw water from a raw water supply system 40, through which the raw water in the raw water tank 10 is sent forcibly by a feed pump 41, and bringing the received raw water into contact with the nitrogen gas to be supplied from a nitrogen gas resource through a gas supply system 50 to remove oxygen contained in the raw water. The treated water deoxygenated in the main body 30 is pressurized by a treated water pump 61 in a treated water supply system 60 and the pressurized treated water is supplied to the upstream side of a boiler pump 21 in the boiler feedwater system 20. A return water flowmeter 22 for measuring the amount of the treated water to be returned to the raw water tank 10 is arranged on the upstream side of a treated water junction A in the boiler feedwater system 20. The capacity of the treated water pump 61 is controlled by a control part 70 so that the returned amount of the treated water measured by the return water flowmeter 22 is kept within a predetermined range.
