GAME APPARATUS, AND PEN INPUTTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game apparatus having a new fun by adding an element which cannot completely be controlled in the inputting operation. SOLUTION: The game apparatus has a display 14, a tablet 15 which is laminate-integrated with the display surface of the display 14, a pen inputting device, a game screen displaying section 30b which displays a game screen on the display 14, the game screen which is displayed by the game screen displaying section 30b, and a game controlling section 30a. In this case, the pen inputting device inputs positional data to the tablet 15 by a pen while self-traveling over the tablet 15. The game controlling section 30a controls the game based on a relationship between the game screen which has been displayed by the game screen displaying section 30b, and the positional data which has been input from the tablet 15 by the traveling of the pen inputting device over the tablet 15.
