DISTAL HOOD OF ENDOSCOPE WITH TREATMENT TOOL STANDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distal hood of an endoscope with a treatment tool standing device which makes a general-purpose endoscope not equipped with an operation wire for driving a treatment tool standing device control a projecting direction of the treatment tool and prevents malfunctions or the like of the treatment tool standing device. SOLUTION: The distal hood of an endoscope with a treatment tool standing device has a distal hood tube 21 which is attached detachably to the distal part 12 of an insertion section 11 of an endoscope 10 and is formed in a tubular shape opening forward, and the treatment tool standing device 22 which is arranged on the inner circumference of the distal hood tube 21 and changes the direction of a distal part of a treatment tool 100 projecting forward from a treatment tool projecting port 14o formed on the distal surface of the insertion section 11. The treatment tool standing device 22 is made of an inflatable balloon 22, and a liquid infusing and discharging tube 24 for infusing a liquid into and discharge the liquid from the balloon 22 extends backward from the distal hood tube 21 along the outer surface of the insertion section 11.
