Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to calculate a position on a two-dimensional plane from received signal strengths of a plurality of transmitters in order to calculate a positional accuracy on the two-dimensional plane in a guidance system. SOLUTION: When a calibration starting operation is executed from a radio apparatus 100 in a radio guidance system, a server apparatus 400 is shifted to a calibration mode, instructs a second radio apparatus 201 to start radio transmission to detect positional information and measures the electric field strength of the second radio apparatus 201. The processing is also applied to a second radio apparatus 202, and finally, the second radio apparatus transmits the electric field strength information of two radio apparatuses (200, 201) to the server apparatus 400 to register the electric field strength information in a database 403.
