METHOD FOR REAL TIME CALCULATION OF PROCESS MODEL AND SIMULATOR THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To partially avoid problems of a conventional real time calculation method for a state quantity of a process model, and in particular, to guarantee the numerical accuracy and stability of calculations and the performance of real time calculation. SOLUTION: A process model is calculated at a first calculation unit, and simultaneously the process model is calculated at a second calculation unit by an implied integration method. The process model calculated by the first calculation unit is corrected by using the state quantity calculated by the implied integration method at the second calculation unit, and makes a state quantity which is generated by a corrected explicit integration as a state quantity for the process model.
