PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize information quantity to be displayed on the basis of a distance between output equipment and an information provision candidate or the direction of the motion of the information provision candidate or the like in outputting advertising information with an image or a voice or the like. SOLUTION: An information processor is provided with: a sensor means 100 having one or more sensors 110, a sensor position information storage means, and a sensor result processing means 121 for analyzing the detection result obtained from the sensor, and for analyzing the number and placement of information provision candidates existing in the periphery of the sensor by referring to the sensor position information storage means, and for outputting the result by adding the identifier of the sensor; and a display means 200 having a rule storage means for storing a rule for determining an operation corresponding to the output means, and an output control means for determining a reproducing operation to the output means by referring to the rule storage means on the basis of the sensor analytic result obtained from the sensor means, and for performing a reproducing operation determined for the data of the video/voice data storage means 240 to the output means, and for outputting a video or a voice or both of them.
