Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure that makes it easy to improve the accuracy with which sensors 10, 10 are arranged with respect to an encoder 5. SOLUTION: The sensors 10, 10 are embedded in a sensor holder 9a made of synthetic resin. An outer edge portion of the sensor holder 9a along an axial direction is fitted into an inner edge portion of an outer wheel 1 along the axial direction without play, and a flange portion 25 of the sensor holder 9a is brought into contact with an inner edge surface of the outer wheel 1 along the axial direction, whereby the sensor holder 9a is positioned with respect to the outer wheel 1. With this, the flange portion 25 is elastically pressed against the inner edge surface of the outer wheel 1 along the axial direction by an elastic pressing section 20 of a sensor cover 8a made of elastic plate metal and fixedly supported by the inner edge portion of the outer wheel 1 along the axial direction.
