Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a load at activation is large since a blade is large and heavy for ensuring rotation strength of a hub supporting the blade. SOLUTION: A ratio of reduction of thickness is varied at a base of the blade and a portion other than the base. Further, thickness y/L of a blade cross section is made to 60% on the blade cross section at z/b×100=16%, and the thickness of the portion other than the base of the blade is made to 30-50%. Further, at an edge part of the blade, the thickness is made constant. Further, the thickness y/L is made to 1.4% until x/L×100=10%. Further, the thickness of the blade cross section is proportionally increased at x/L×100=10-50%, and the thickness of x/L×100=50% is made maximum. Further, a rib is formed on a main part of the blade cross section, regarding the maximum thickness of the rib, y/L is made to 8%, 5.3%, 4.7%, 4.2% respectively at position where z/b is 16, 41, 61, 100%, and the thickness of the portion other than the rib is made thin.
