Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition which is excellent in flame retardance, impact resistance, gloss and scratch resistance and is free of chlorine and bromine compounds. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by compounding a 0.01-5 pts.wt. fluororesin (D), a 1-40 pts.wt. phosphate compound (E) of formula (I) and a 0.5-10 pts.wt. higher fatty acid alcohol ester (F) which is an esterified product of a 12-34C higher fatty acid and a 12-34C higher alcohol with a 100 pts.wt. resin composition ((A)+(B)+(C)) comprising a 50-90 wt.% aromatic polycarbonate (A), a 45-5 wt.% aromatic polyester (B) and a 5-45 wt.% rubber-reinforced resin (C) comprising a graft copolymer (a) obtained by graft copolymerizing a vinyl monomer or a vinyl monomer mixture with a rubbery polymer (α).
