Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge type over-cap for removing a sealing inner cover hygienically without removing the over-cap from a can container as a separate body at the beginning of its use, for easily opening and closing the over-cap after it is opened once and for securing its sealing characteristics. SOLUTION: In structuring this hinge type over-cap, a fixing ring body 21 is fitted in/fixed on the can body side-wall recessed part C2 of a metal can C, a fixing hinge cover 22 is connected with one end of the body 21 by the first hinge part 24 and an open/close hinge cover 23 is connected to the cover 22 through the second hinge part 25. In this way, a can opening part C1 is fully opened by opening the cover 23 with the cover 22 from the first hinge part 24 and an inner cover C3 for sealing is opened without removing the over-cap with the cover 22 and the cover 23 from the can C as a separate body.
