Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle having a PTO power transmitting device at reduced costs and with improved productivity. SOLUTION: A PTO brake 100 comprises a brake plate 110 installed at a rear part of a clutch cylinder 103 via a pin 112 connected to a clutch piston 108 and slidable in an axial direction, and a brake disk 113 installed at a front end of a brake body 111. The brake plate 110 is brought into contact with the brake disk 113, so as to brake the rotation of a PTO intermediate shaft 90.
