PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a cable without slipping-off, without causing enlargement of the box body size. SOLUTION: A reader-writer 1 has a box body 2 configuring the contour of equipment, a control board 12 fitted in the box body 2, and the cable 6 led into the box body 2 from the outside of the box body 2 via an opening section 5 formed in the box body 2 and being used for feeding power to the control board 12. The reader-writer, further, has first boss sections 8a and a corbel 17 being positioned near the opening section 5 in the box body 2 and imparting a bending resistance, by bending the cable 6 and a first projection 18a to a third projection 18c imparting the bending resistance smaller than the first boss sections 8a and the corbel 17 to the cable 6 at a position on the inner side of the box body 2 than the first boss sections 8a.
