PORTABLE INFORMATION TERMINAL, CONTROL METHOD THEREOF, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information terminal, can easily control a boarding ticket and easily select a desired ticket among a plurality of boarding tickets, a control method of the portable information terminal, and a program therefor. SOLUTION: The portable information terminal includes: an electronic ticket receiving means 14 for receiving an electronic ticket that is the electronic data for one or more boarding tickets from an entrance station to an exit station; a storage means 28 for storing the electronic ticket; a display means 12 for displaying any of the stored one or more electronic tickets; a location information acquisition means 16 for acquiring location information, indicating the present location; and a station specification means for specifying a station based on the location information obtained by the location information acquisition means 16.
