Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovering device can switch the recovery state of the exhaust heat according to the temperature of cooling water without using an electric system. SOLUTION: A negative pressure introduction changeover valve (30) includes a valve body (31) having a first chamber (32) connected with a negative pressure introduction path (10) and a second chamber (33) connected with a cooling water path (21) partitioned and formed in the inside, a thermoelement (40) disposed between the first chamber (32) and the second chamber (33) in a state partially exposed to the second chamber (33) so as to be elongated by heat received from the cooling water inside the second chamber (33), an air opening port (34) for communication of the first chamber (32) with the atmosphere, and a relief valve (36) disposed at the air opening port (34) and to be opened according to elongation of the thermoelement (40) for releasing the negative pressure of the negative pressure introduction path (10) to the atmosphere.
