Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize effective reinforcement by a brace member, by reducing internal stress of the brace member, when force acts on the brace member. SOLUTION: In the brace member 3, a widened part 3A having a locally wide width is arranged in at least one end part. As a result, at least one area of a column side abutting surface 3a and a beam side abutting surface 3b is constituted to become wider than an object of not forming such a widened part 3A. Thus, the internal stress of the brace member 3 is reduced when the force acts on the brace member 3, and the effective reinforcement can be realized by the brace member 3.
