FLOOR TILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor tile surely securable, easily detachable, and increased in degree of adhesion between floor tiles. SOLUTION: This floor tile is formed in a rectangular shape. A plurality of floor tiles are connectable to each other. An engaging male section 10 or an engaging female section is formed on or in each side of the floor tile. The engaging male section 10 includes a male section body which projects outward and the end of which has a fitting head section 12 and an engagement claw 13 which is provided on the fitting head section 12 and the end section 15 of which is displaceable relative to a base 16. The engaging female section 20 includes a recess 23 recessed in the thickness direction and allowing the fitting head section 12 of the other floor tile to be fitted therein in the thickness direction and an engagement wall section 24 provided at the recess, brought into contact with the end section 15 and allowing the end 15 to pass therethrough when the fitting head section 12 is fitted into the recess 23, stopping the movement of the engagement claw 13 outward in the thickness direction, and bent at the joint with the other tile when the fitting head section 12 is separated from the recess 23 to allow the outward movement of the engagement claw.
