SECTIONAL TRANSFER METHOD OF PAPER SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a retry process in a sectioning method of paper sheets laminated in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: The paper sheets 300 laminated in the vertical direction are arranged with an interleaf paper 310 tucked for each predetermined number of paper sheets. A handling roller 70 of a sectioning position is inserted to an insertion position of the paper sheet and pushes up a bundle 320 of the paper sheets to the sectioning position by moving in an arrow A direction. Then, a sectioning process for detecting the interleaf papers by rotating the handling roller 70 in a reverse direction. A success ratio of retry is improved by changing the insertion position of retry of the whole sectioning process with respect to the insertion position of retry when no interleaf paper is detected.
