WASH-FREE RICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wash-free rice holding mineral components containing deep sea water as raw material. SOLUTION: The wash-free rice is produced by allowing the surface of the wash-free rice to hold mineral components containing deep sea water as raw material, wherein water content 27 is added to polished rice 26 to soften the finely-powdered rice bran layer 24 of the polished rice surface, a heat adhesive material 28 heated to have a prescribed temperature is admixed to the softened polished rice and the mixture is stirred to adsorb the rice bran of the rice surface to the heat adhesive material 28 to be eliminated, and then the polished rice 26 and the heat adhesive material 28 are separated from each other. The water content 27 has a structure obtained by adding mineral adjustment liquid containing the deep sea water as raw material to desalted water of the deep sea water, and the use of the one obtained by adding the mineral adjustment liquid containing the deep sea water as raw material to the desalted water of the deep sea water as the water content 27 results in a structure the surface of the wash-free rice 29 holds mineral components containing the deep sea water as raw material.
