Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module reduced in the dispersion of a restraint load and capable of exerting stable and excellent performance over a long term, a manufacturing method of a battery module, and a device equipped with the battery module. SOLUTION: This battery module 1 is provided with a housing body 12, and a plurality of battery cells 11 housed in the housing body 12 so that the respective battery cells are set nearly in parallel to one another. The battery cell 11 has a nearly sheet-like shape, and is provided with: a positive electrode collector and a negative electrode collector; a positive electrode active material and a negative electrode active material; and an electrolyte. The battery cell 11 can be charged and discharged by the transfer of a charge by ion migration. The housing body 12 is formed by setting an unset thermoset resin material or a thermoset resin material in a melted state by an equal direction pressurization method in a state that the plurality of battery cells 11 are immersed in the unset thermoset resin material or the thermoset resin material in a melted state.
