Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of patterning a color conversion film at low cost without the need to change a structure of a production device when a new fluorescence material is used. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a color conversion filter is provided with (a) a process forming a plurality of kinds of color filter layers on a transparent substrate, (b) a process forming an inorganic film from SiOxNy (where, x≥0, y≥0, both x and y are not zero) lyophilic to a color conversion layer material on the whole surface of the color filter layer, (c) a process forming a bank made of resin with a photocuring property or a light-and-heat combined-use hardening property on the inorganic film at boundary positions of the plurality of kinds of the color filter layers, (d) a process applying surface treatment to the inorganic film and the bank, and (e) a process forming a color conversion layer absorbing light with a specific wavelength and outputting light containing a different wavelength from that of the absorbed light by the use of an inkjet method.
