WORKING FLUID SUPPLY DEVICE AND ELECTRIC ACTUATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working fluid supply device can supply a high pressure working fluid at a low electric current, and an electric actuator can exercise large force by a low electric current. SOLUTION: The electric actuator 1 includes the working fluid supply device 10, and an actuator 20 actuated in response to an input of working fluid output from a variable displacement pump 12. The working fluid supply device 10 includes an adjustable-speed motor 11, the variable displacement pump 12 driven by the adjustable-speed motor 11 and capable of ejecting the working fluid, an electric motor control unit 13 controlling the adjustable-speed motor 11 to achieve an intended rotation speed, and a pump control unit 14 controlling the variable displacement pump 12 so that the ejection volume of the variable displacement pump 12 decreases with an increase in the ejection pressure of the variable displacement pump 12.
