Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower device of high efficiency and low noise without increasing the size of a propeller fan provided to an air blow-out part or the like of an exterior device of an air-conditioning device. SOLUTION: The blower device includes a propeller fan 15 having a plurality of blades, and a shroud 52 formed in a cylindrical shape so as to surround a periphery of the propeller fan. A ratio of a protruding amount Pl of the propeller fan 15 from a blowing-out-side edge of the shroud 52 with respect to a diameter D of the propeller fan 15 (Pl/D) is set to a range of -0.08 to +0.08.
