SUBMERSIBLE PUMP CONTROL PANEL AND ITS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submersible pump control panel and its control method capable of preventing idling with high accuracy even when submersible pumps are of a plurality of models or are installed in installation places of different situations. SOLUTION: The submersible pump control panel 10 is provided with a no-discharge operation current value measuring means (a current detector 51 or the like) for measuring a no-discharge operation current value during no-discharge operation of the submersible pump 130 at an installation site where the submersible pump 130 is installed, an idling determination reference current value input setting means (a display and operating part 20, and a storage means 55) for inputting and setting an idling determination reference current value obtained by reducing the no-discharge operation current value by a predetermined reduction rate (0-5%), pump stopping means (the current detector 51, the storage means 55, a comparator 57, and a switch means 53) for stopping power supply to the submersible pump 130 when a current value in measuring a current value during operation of the submersible pump 130 reaches the idling determination reference current value.
