Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a (meth)acrylic-modified siloxane compound used to be added to various thermo- or photo-curable compositions such as film-forming agents or resins, high in compatibility with such compositions, and giving the cured product of the composition fully exhibiting characteristic originated from a siloxane such as water-repellent/anti-fouling properties, slipperiness, or the like, and to provide a curable composition containing it. SOLUTION: This (meth)acrylic-modified siloxane compound is obtained by modifying one terminal of the siloxane with at least one (meth)acrylic group, where a spacer between the siloxane and the (meth)acrylic group has a linear structure having at least three ether linkages, or a branched structure having at least one ether linkage.
