Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production by which an increase in pressure loss of a reaction gas passing through a catalyst is prevented, and heat produced from a reaction is adequately controlled to thereby prevent hot spots, and which the yield of the objective reaction product is improved while preventing damage to the catalyst even when the amount of processing load of reaction raw materials based on the unit catalyst is increased in the method for production comprising feeding the reaction raw materials to a plate type reactor, reacting the reaction raw materials, and producing the reaction product. SOLUTION: The method for production comprises feeding a reaction raw material mixture comprising the reaction raw materials to the plate type reactor having catalyst beds formed between heat transfer plates, carrying out catalytic vapor-phase oxidation, and producing the reaction product. The method for production is to produce the reaction product, and is characterized by dividing the plate type reactor into a plurality of reaction zones having different average bed thicknesses of the catalyst beds, feeding a heating medium subjected to independent temperature regulation to the plurality of reaction zones, removing heat generated by the oxidation with the separating heat transfer plates, independently controlling the temperature in the catalyst beds, increasing a temperature T (S1) of the heating medium fed to the reaction zone S1 in the most vicinity of an inlet for the reaction raw material mixture from a temperature T (S2) of the heating medium fed to the reaction zone S2 which is adjacent to the reaction zone S1, and located on the downstream side of the stream of the reaction raw material mixture, and keeping the amount of load of the reaction raw materials at a prescribed value or above.
