SOLUTION: This invention relates to the tire, especially the pneumatic tire for a heavy load, using a rubber composition comprising (A) a rubber composition including an amine system functional group modified polybutadiene rubber with an amino group protected by a protonic amino group and/or a separable group, and (B) a reinforcing filler, for a belt under cushion rubber.
