Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger device supporting a trolley cable in an electric railroad vehicle which is correctly operated according to the change of the temperature, and capable of realizing the constant slackness of the trolley cable, and supplying the power to the vehicle from the trolley cable via a pantograph. SOLUTION: The hanger device 5 arranged between a messenger wire 3 and a trolley cable 4 has a peripheral temperature responsive element 6 and an actuator 7 for performing the operation of realizing the constant slackness of the trolley cable 4 according to the output of the peripheral temperature responsive element 6 between upper and lower hanging cables.
