Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus in which a holding tray holding a second material to be recorded can be incorporated while a recording apparatus body is kept miniaturized. SOLUTION: The recording apparatus includes a course constituting member 57 which guides a first material to be recorded towards a roller 34 for conveyance, a reciprocatory movement course which guides reciprocatory movement between a set position of the holding tray 55 where the second material to be recorded is set and a storage position, the holding tray for the second material to be recorded stored at the storage position provided in a space part along the course constituting member, and the roller for conveyance provided to a downstream position of the course constituting member. The holding tray is provided so that at least a part of a front end part of the holding tray while located on the storage position projects from a downstream end of the course constituting member to the side of the roller for conveyance.
