Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation-hole plate for a rotor core of a motor. SOLUTION: The ventilation-hole plate includes a hub, a plurality of spokes extending from the hub, and a plurality of coffins each having coffin bores extending through the coffins with at least one bore connected to the spoke. Each of the coffins can be disposed with some space in the radial direction from the hub, and also with some space circumferentially around the hub. Further, each of the coffins has an end in the externally radial direction, and a connecting ring extending around the periphery of the coffins. The connecting ring can be engaged to the end in the externally radial direction. The method of manufacturing the rotor for the electric motor is disclosed in another embodiment.
