Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light emitting device in which countermeasures against static electricity are taken, and which can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: The semiconductor light emitting device is provided with a plurality of semiconductor light emitting elements on wiring patterns formed on a substrate. As a semiconductor light emitting element electrically connected to a wiring pattern extended at a remote place in the direction separated from the mounting surface side among parts exposed from a sealing resin part of the wiring pattern, the one with electrostatic voltage resistance higher than those of other semiconductor light emitting elements is selected. It is desirable that the wiring pattern connected to the semiconductor light emitting element with high electrostatic voltage resistance is electrically independent of wiring patterns connected to other semiconductor light emitting elements.
