Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode-drying-furnace moisture content measuring device for an electrode material for a lithium ion battery, which is quickly started while suppressing the deposition of moisture in a gas sample flow path. SOLUTION: A heater such as a heating wire is built in a filter which is provided between an electrode drying furnace and a moisture content sensor. The filter is directly heated to quickly start the water content measuring device. The heater is controlled to equalize the temperature of sample gas introduced into the moisture content sensor to the temperature of gas in the electrode drying furnace, thus improving the measuring accuracy of the moisture content sensor.
